Are you going to Oshkosh?

We are asking volunteer pilots and other group volunteers to participate in this year’s Public Benefit Flying promotion at EAA Air Venture 2011, Oshkosh, Wisconsin!

Our tent will be providing an awareness-generating opportunity for you and your organization and for recognizing the GA community for its positive influence on the lives of others. You won’t want to miss this opportunity at Oshkosh!

EAA wholeheartedly supports volunteer pilots’ generous efforts to serve those in need and their communities. By volunteering at the tent you can share your charitable aviation experiences with fellow general aviation pilots and enthusiasts.

The Public Benefit Flying tent will provide visitors with information about the various opportunities available to pilots and others and will display the stories of those who have benefited from Public Benefit Flying. As with last year, banners and videos will show how general aviation is used to help those in need and to serve our communities. Our tent will be near the main AirVenture entrance in Space 146 near Building D and the Fly Market

We welcome volunteers like you to assist in the exhibit tent, welcoming and engaging the visitors in discussing what you and the other volunteers do. Last year our volunteers did a great job representing the world of Public Benefit Flying to other pilots and to the general public, and enjoyed meeting one another.
