A: No. Shall they be told to wait until the inquirer contacts them? A: NO. although they'll be told we informed inquirer about them. Shall we provide a choice for the inquirer to say whether they wish to make the contact or be contacted? A: No, we'll advise inquirer to make contact but they may be contacted too.  Also, how can the groups coordinate so they know when one of them has confirmed making an arrangement handling the mission?  A: we can politely request they let us and others know - but not required and no tracking established.]
